Work Environment

This position is onsite at our dedicated rehabilitation center, where you will work in a collaborative environment alongside a dedicated team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical tasks to ensure optimal patient outcomes:

• Evaluate and assess patients to understand their goals and treatment needs.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour to provide focused, high-quality care.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans that utilize a variety of effective treatment methodologies.
• Deliver cost-effective interventions aimed at maximizing patient mobility and minimizing dependency on medications.
• Incorporate non-surgical alternatives in treatment plans to facilitate quicker recovery.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs based on individual patient evaluations.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their recovery process to optimize functional outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and monitor treatment progress effectively.
• Communicate openly with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, primarily characterized by patients with orthopedic conditions who are seeking rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or chronic pain management. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher) from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in California is mandatory.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills with the ability to execute demonstrated rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in designing specific exercise programs that align with diverse patient needs.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is beneficial.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred. Familiarity with managing post-operative care and applying evidence-based treatment principles will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
