Marketing Manager

Chief of Staff KC is seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of a client's marketing strategy, creative content, and digital presence. This is a hands-on opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys taking ideas from concept to completion and is excited by the opportunity to build and shape a growing brand. The Marketing Manager will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, from digital content and social media to print materials, online listings, and video. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working within quick turnaround times. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and have a high level of ownership over the company's marketing efforts. Responsibilities Develop and maintain marketing materials that support active projects and listings, including digital content, flyers, postcards, website updates, and online advertisements. Create, edit, and coordinate engaging video content using property photography, drone footage, and other visual assets. Manage the company's social media presence by developing consistent, relevant, and engaging content across appropriate platforms. Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta and Google, monitoring results and making adjustments to improve performance. Maintain and update website content and online listings to ensure information is accurate, current, and visually engaging. Organize, maintain, and distribute marketing assets and project materials through internal platforms and shared drives. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across digital and print channels. Collaborate with internal team members to gather project information, identify marketing needs, and keep initiatives moving forward. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, expand digital reach, and improve the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts. Bring creativity and fresh ideas to the company's marketing strategy while remaining aligned with overall business goals. Qualifications 3+ years of professional marketing experience; 5+ years preferred. Previous experience in real estate marketing is required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience creating marketing content across digital, social, print, and/or video platforms. Experience with Canva and Microsoft 365; familiarity with Teams and OneDrive preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality. Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects with minimal oversight. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in or familiarity with agriculture, rural communities, land, or related industries is a plus.
