Maintenance Tech Compensation

• Pay rate: $22.50 per hour
• Shift work schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, with hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:

• Operating, optimizing, and maintaining assigned production equipment
• Meeting and exceeding production standards while maintaining product quality
• Minimizing and preventing equipment downtime and sustaining budgeted waste levels
• Maintaining accurate equipment logs and recording downtime and maintenance problems
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Monitoring in-process quality and addressing issues as needed
• Following safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements

Maintenance Tech  QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• Shift work schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, with hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Steel toe shoes required
• Candidate can start while background checks are pending

Education/Licenses Needed

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Maintenance Repair/Mechanical Experience or Proficiency required
