Front Desk SupervisorThe Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the Front Desk team.Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations. Run the "perfect shift" by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld. Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure adherence to brand standards. Oversee the department in the absence of the Department Manager. Perform hourly tasks and operate equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations.An outgoing personality and positive attitude. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
