What You ll Do

• Cover hospitalist shifts working solo in a low-acuity Med/Surg setting
• Perform basic procedures as needed
• Manage approximately 6-hour shifts on a flexible schedule
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
• Follow hospital protocols and documentation requirements
• Provide coverage for newly opened site beginning September 2026

What You Need

• Active PA or NP license in Wisconsin
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts
• Prior experience in hospital medicine are a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Comfortable working solo on low-acuity patients
