Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of our school-age population.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on their progress.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support students facing acute emotional distress, providing immediate and effective assistance to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Facilitate access to community resources, including housing assistance, healthcare services, and financial support to bolster the overall resilience of students and their families.
\n
• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, as well as other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
\n
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while tracking client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Advocate for the rights of clients, empowering them to set and reach their long-term wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves students in various educational settings, many of whom grapple with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. As an LCSW, your work will directly impact their academic performance and social interactions by fostering a nurturing support system that addresses their psychological and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services, preferably in educational settings.

• Strong abilities in case management, therapeutic interventions, and crisis intervention.
\n
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care along with familiarity with therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
