About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its innovative and ambitious Institute, which is dedicated to the convergence of education, research, entrepreneurship, and industry to drive economic and societal impact. The successful candidate will be a key leader, responsible for advancing the Institute's growth, influence, and impact. This role involves leading strategic partnerships, external engagement, and organizational strategy to position the Institute as a globally recognized hub for talent and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a highly credible and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in building partnerships, leading through complexity, and creating meaningful impact. Strategic vision, strong business acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The Managing Director will serve as the senior administrative leader for the Institute, collaborating with academic and administrative leaders across the global network and cultivating relationships with business leaders, policymakers, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders. The role is pivotal in expanding the Institute's global influence, strengthening its market position, and creating new opportunities for growth and partnership. The candidate should be energized by opportunity, comfortable in a dynamic environment, and motivated to shape the future of the Institute.
