Must haves:
-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
-Has recruited heavily for non-IT Engineering roles (explain)
-Semiconductor, aerospace, auto, med device or capital equipment industry
-Must have Large Company experience
-Minimum of an Associates Degree
