Collections Specialist

Salary: $40000-$41600 annual base with benefits (including healthcare, PTO, and other standard benefits) There are different schedules after training - 8-5, 10-7, 12-9; the managers will assign the shift as per the business need. Schedule: 40 hours/week (Shift assigned after training) Preferred Education, Skills, And Experience. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related fields is preferred. 0-1 years of experience in collections or related customer service roles, preferably in a financial or credit environment. Proficiency in using collections software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
