Established litigation firm is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to support patent enforcement and intellectual property litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general litigation with a preference for IP-related matters. This role involves comprehensive case management and support for complex commercial, technology-based disputes, oil & gas litigation, and appeals.
Dallas office is located in Uptown.
Responsibilities
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
- Conduct detailed document review and legal research
- File court documents and manage dockets accurately
- Support patent enforcement and intellectual property litigation efforts
- Assist with appeals and trial preparation activities
- Organize evidence and prepare materials for trial
- Communicate internally with legal team regarding case progress
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in IP litigation
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Proficient with litigation support and document management systems
- Familiarity with legal research tools and trial preparation processes
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
