Senior Associate - Trial & Defense (Labor and Employment)

Clyde & Co’s Los Angeles office seeks a labor and employment senior associate attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join our trial and defense practice. This practice handles high-exposure matters arising from employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, reasonable accommodation, and advice and counsel on issues including discipline and termination. The range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
