Community Outreach Specialist

To support the delivery of innovative residential energy efficiency programs, the full-time Senior Market Outreach Specialist will manage quality assurance data, provide administrative support for training activities, and develop partnerships with contractors and community organizations, all in a primarily remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Manage datasets to ensure program quality assurance goals are met, creating detailed reports for client-facing narratives Assist in coordinating training activities, including scheduling and administrative tasks related to event logistics Represent the program as an energy efficiency expert while interacting with contractors and community-based organizations Required Qualifications Strong Excel skills and experience with data and reporting tools Excellent organizational and project management abilities Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building with contractors and community partners Background in building science or energy efficiency is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
