Since opening in 2016, we have expanded to a team of over 60 clinicians supported by a dedicated administrative staff, all committed to delivering high-quality, accessible mental health care.We accept most major insurance plans and currently maintain a growing waitlist of clients seeking services. Our offices are designed to provide a warm, welcoming, and therapeutic environment for both clients and staff. Across our two locations, we offer more than 50 fully equipped therapy rooms, as well as specialized spaces including group rooms, children's craft rooms, and sand-tray therapy rooms.Our clinicians specialize in a wide range of evidence-based treatments, including talk therapy and EMDR, addressing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and LGBTQ+ issues. In addition, we offer holistic services such as reiki, massage therapy, and group classes in meditation, and breathwork.Position SummaryTo facilitate the initial stages of patient engagement by collecting their history, verifying benefits, and matching individuals with appropriate clinicians or services to ensure timely, compliant, and compassionate care delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming intake phone callsRespond and call boom forms in a timely mannerReview the waitlist and make sure all clients are up to date with availability and if they want to remain on the waitlistTo ensure this is the correct level of care for treatmentAccurately input demographic details, clinical history, and screening notes into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in full compliance with HIPAA regulationsCollect insurance information, run real-time eligibility checks, verify in-network benefitsRequirementsRequired QualificationsMaster Level Position in either Counseling or Social WorkEssential Skills + CompetenciesEmpathy and compassionate, customer service basedExceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaborationStrong critical and analytical thinking skills to appropriately risk stratify client needs during intake callsPart Time Position 20 to 25 hours per weekMonday through FridayIn person position- Princeton or Freehold locationHours may be counted towards certain licensures!Hourly Range: $22-$30
