Clinical Trials Coordinator

Job TitleResponsibilities and Duties:In collaboration with the Director of Clinical Trials, support the study operational strategiesAssist with budget monitoring including invoicing and confirmation of site paymentsDevelop meeting agendas, minutes and track follow-up actionsEnsure eTMF oversight including routine quality checks to maintain a complete and inspection-ready stateMaintain a vendor and site contact listWork with the clinical operations team to maintain clinical trial scorecards for routine reviewAssist clinical sites with questions and resolve queriesWith oversight from the Director Clinical Trials, provide support to the multifunctional team on special initiatives as neededCreate and improve upon business processes to ensure successful growthKnowledge and Experience:Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required.Biological Science degree or Clinical ExperienceWill consider other Degrees with a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience as a Clinical Research CoordinatorMinimum 3 years of Oncology experienceBA/BS in a clinical or scientific discipline;Multitasking ability to oversee a large number of projects and reach milestones on timeStrong written and oral communication skills with incredible attention to detailWillingness to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds of projects as a jack of all tradesAbility to think outside of the box and challenge the status quoNatural entrepreneurial spirit with unrelenting dedication to delivering resultsDesire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environmentNatural collaborator who enjoys working on a cross-functional teamDomestic travel is required
