Our appointment-setting team provides pre-qualified appointments, giving you the opportunity to meet with homeowners, present solutions, and guide them through the buying process.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Closer, you'll meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and guide them through the complete sales process.

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified customers.

• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs, goals, and concerns.

• Present products and solutions that align with each customer's needs.

• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.

• Explain pricing, benefits, and available options clearly.

• Address questions and overcome objections in a professional manner.

• Guide customers through the decision-making process.

• Negotiate when appropriate and confidently ask for the sale.

• Complete sales agreements accurately and professionally.

• Maintain a positive and respectful presence in customers' homes.

• Manage your appointment schedule and follow up with customers as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information.

Qualified Appointments Provided

You won't be expected to spend your entire day knocking on doors or cold prospecting for every opportunity.

Our appointment setters generate and schedule pre-qualified appointments , allowing you to focus your time and energy on what you do best: meeting customers, presenting solutions, and closing business.

Your success will still depend on your preparation, follow-up, sales ability, and consistency.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with performance-based earning potential.

• Expected annual earnings: $80,000–$160,000

• Performance-based commission structure

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage for this position. Your income is directly tied to your sales results.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer appointments.

• Mobile phone with cellular data.

• Reliable home internet access.
