Nursing Home Administrator

We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to oversee the operations of a licensed nursing home facility in Wisconsin. The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level leadership across all departments Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and census management Hire, train, and evaluate staff; foster a culture of teamwork and accountability Coordinate care services with medical professionals and families Manage facility maintenance and safety standards Represent the facility during inspections, audits, and community outreach Address resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in long-term care Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, reimbursement systems, and compliance standards Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage budgets and drive census growth Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and professional development support #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Nursing and Rehab in Germantown, WI
