Position Overview
GoWork Staffing is hiring a dependable Machine Operator in Irwin, PA. This is a 2nd-shift,
temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, or machine operating
experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate production machinery according to work instructions
Load and unload materials and parts into machines
Monitor equipment throughout the production process
Make basic machine adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
Use basic measuring tools to verify product specifications
Complete required production and quality documentation
Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance team members
Qualifications
Previous machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Comfortable working with industrial machinery and equipment
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety
Must be available to consistently work the 2nd shift schedule
Position Details
Pay: 18. 00–20.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Status: Temp-to-Hire
