Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead High-Volume Growth

Hirebridge in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our in-house recruitment team in the greater Atlanta area. You will manage a high-volume team of 15+ Talent Acquisition Partners and drive innovative hiring strategies to support rapid company growth.
You will build strong candidate pipelines, coach your team, establish KPIs, partner with senior leaders, oversee vendors, and optimize processes to improve speed and quality of hires.
