Job Summary The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements. Essential Roles, Duties & Responsibilities User Stories & Requirements: Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications. Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non‑functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows. Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams. Platform Management: Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time. Development Collaboration: Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near‑shore, and off‑shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution. Documentation: Create technical and end‑user documentation for platform capabilities. Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features. Backlog Management: Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution. Technical Expertise: Ability to read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with API development, SQL Server, and Postman or Bruno, to drive technical platform initiatives. Marginal Functions Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients. Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department. Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong written communication skills using Office 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse development teams, including onshore, near‑shore, and off‑shore resources. Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in creating technical and end‑user documentation with Jira. Solid understanding and experience with API development, SQL Server, and testing APIs. Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands Physical Demands Sedentary Work: Primarily involves sitting for extended periods, often at a desk or computer. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Mental Demands Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy needed for managing products, reports and contracts. Problem‑Solving: Ability to strategically plan the needs of the department. Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. Decision‑Making: Make informed decisions regarding the best plan for paid media strategies. Stress Management: Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, especially when dealing with client and employee concerns. Communication Demands Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees, managers, clients and external vendors. Cultural Sensitivity: Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity. Written Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes. Verbal Communication: Lead planning sessions and team meetings. Provide clear instructions and support for clients, employees and managers. Presentation Skills: Present information effectively in training sessions with employees and other departments.
