Agency Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview The Insurance Account Team Leader is a leadership position within the agency, combining high‑level sales responsibilities with team management. This position is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still being highly involved in the sales process. You will lead a team of specialists, help with hiring and training, and ensure that the team meets performance and customer service goals. Essential Responsibilities Drive sales by acquiring new clients and managing high‑value accounts. Lead by example and maintain high sales activity. Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. Manage the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members. Lead ongoing training sessions for new hires and current team members to improve sales effectiveness and customer service skills. Requirements 3+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or team leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals. Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses required. Proven ability to manage a team, handle complex client situations, and work in a fast‑paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
