Job Position: Counter Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Sioux Falls

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Job Summary:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This position assists customers with tools, equipment, and materials while providing excellent service and supporting daily store operations. Construction knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with product needs
Help locate tools, equipment, and materials
Process sales transactions and payments
Stock merchandise and organize displays
Receive shipments and maintain inventory accuracy
Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
Provide excellent customer service
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Construction, retail, or equipment experience preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks
