Position Overview - Permanent, full-time role - Night shift - 12-hour shifts - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting - Telemetry training required - Hands-on learning environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration Shift Details - 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - 12-hour shifts - Full-time and part-time scheduling options available Compensation & Incentives - Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus - Up to $10,000 tuition reimbursement - Tuition assistance programs - Paid training and certifications - Free parking - Competitive benefits package Key Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care in a progressive care environment - Monitor and manage patients with pulmonary, oncology, and surgical conditions - Care for patients requiring tracheostomy/ventilator support and cardiac drips - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams - Document patient care and clinical updates accurately - Participate in ongoing education and skill development Requirements - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska or compact, or temporary permit) - BLS certification (preferred at hire, required within 3 months) - ACLS certification (required) - Telemetry Cardiac Rhythm Course required - Graduate of an accredited nursing program - BSN or MSN required, or ADN with degree completion within 5 years - No experience required; acute care or surgical experience preferred - Strong teamwork skills and commitment to patient care excellence - Specialty certifications (NCC, PCCN, GERO-BC) preferred Why This Opportunity?
