Job Description Job Description Transactional Legal Assistant/ Paralegal for downtown boutique firm. 3-5+ years' of corporate, real estate or other transactional law experience. This position will lean a little more towards billable work, with some administrative tasks. Prio law firm expereince is required. This role will support the transactional team (3-4 attorneys). This will include assisting with preparation of closing documents and binders, tracking and calendaring key transaction dates, forming entities and filing with the Secretary of State, and handling some basic drafting (e.g., formation documents, consents, and simple amendments).
