Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist

Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to assist guests with arrival and departure, provide information on local attractions, and ensure a smooth check-in experience. The role requires strong communication, hotel experience preferred, and the ability to operate a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting data, posting charges, processing payments, and issuing keys while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
