Position Summary: The Energy Customer Service Representative plays an important role in providing friendly, dependable service to our residential energy customers. This position serves as a primary point of contact, assisting customers with account questions, fuel orders, delivery scheduling, and service requests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and committed to providing a positive customer experience. Essential Functions: Serve as a primary point of contact for residential customers, providing friendly, professional support by phone, email, and in person Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, fuel orders, deliveries, and service requests Coordinate with operations to schedule deliveries, initiate service requests, and support new and existing account setups Maintain accurate and organized customer records using Agfinity’s software programs Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate concerns as appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction Technology & Collaboration: Learn and effectively use Agfinity’s software programs to support customer service, order processing Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience Share customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement Assist with additional projects or duties as assigned Education: High School Diploma Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including operations, sales, and leadership Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience Work Environment & Schedule: This position is based in an office setting and requires regular, in-person attendance Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role The role involves daily interaction with customers and internal team members in the office, by phone, and via email Standard business hours apply, with occasional flexibility based on business needs Agfinity has a competitive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Pension Retirement Plan, 401(k) Match Plan, Paid Time Off, Clothing Allowance and Life and Disability coverage for those who may qualify.
