CNC Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Mechanic to ensure our high-precision machining centers run at peak performance. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex mechanical and hydraulic systems, and diagnosing machine failures on multi-axis CNC machines (hobbing, shaping, gear grinding, cylindrical grinding, and milling centers). salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Repair and/or replace machine parts daily while maintaining proper fluids and cleanliness of machinery Troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge Repair of CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems Possess the ability to change spindles, electronic boards, and all phases of maintenance Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus Preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance Basic maintenance tasks throughout the facility The essential functions of this role include: manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time Skills Maintenance CNC maintenance (3 years of experience is required) PLC boards (2 years of experience is required) Servo drive (3 years of experience is preferred) Electronic Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Blueprints Plumbing Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
