Work Environment\n

The position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to engage with clients across the state of Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective mental health intervention.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups virtually, encouraging peer connections and shared experiences among clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate integrated patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support to clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, guiding them through possible treatment options and community resources.

• Maintain accurate electronic records of each client's therapy sessions in compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development activities.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health therapies, ensuring the best practices are being utilized to promote effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from various backgrounds and may present with a range of mental health concerns. As a therapist in our team, you will work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Your ability to connect empathetically with clients will be essential in guiding them to brighter mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques, including an understanding of best practice standards.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Proven track record of providing individual and group therapy to a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
