Personal Lines Account Manager (High-Net-Worth Insurance) Job Summary Seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager with a specialization in High-Net-Worth insurance programs. Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch, concierge-level service. Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews. Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction. Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, policy servicing, and renewal management. Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, with expertise in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One, etc. Active Property & Casualty license is required. Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering personalized service. Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Knowledge of personal property and casualty insurance coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy servicing.
