Clarity Consciousness Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to join our team. This is a full-time remote position that allows you to fully engage with clients through telehealth services while significantly impacting their mental health journeys. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, ensuring an accepting and empathetic atmosphere for clients to express their emotions and experiences.
• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and circumstances.
• Support clients in identifying and advocating for their mental health needs, helping them set realistic and achievable goals throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' issues, employing a collaborative approach to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Regularly review and revise treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring their progress and adapting interventions as needed.
• Document client sessions thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele spans different cultural backgrounds and age groups, requiring culturally competent approaches tailored to each unique situation. Your role is crucial in providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• Proven experience in delivering counseling services, preferably in a telehealth setting, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with clients remotely.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity to establish rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusive care practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate treatment plans, document sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific populations, such as adolescents or clients with trauma histories.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology tools that enhance the counseling experience.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000–130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
