The Restaurant General Manager oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of resources. This role leads a medium-sized management team and is responsible for maintaining high standards in hospitality, staff coordination, and financial performance.

Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a high end clientele.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 4-7 managers to maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
• Control inventory and coordinate with vendors to maintain supply levels
• Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost control measures
• Maintain strong vendor relations to secure favorable terms and reliable service
• Drive a positive and productive work environment fostering teamwork and staff development

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
