What we're looking for in a Manufacturing Associate As a Manufacturing Associate at TLG, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing process, including operating equipment, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work as part of a team will ensure the production of high‑quality products. Key Responsibilities Production Operations

• Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Assembling products, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Produce and prepare bulk product batches following established formulations.
• Accurately measure and portion product for precise formulation.
• Perform general preparation tasks, including organizing materials and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Dispose of trash, empty boxes, and used work materials properly, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Quality Control

• Conducting quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Identifying defects or inconsistencies and reporting them to the Manufacturing Lead or Supervisor.
• Following established quality control procedures and maintaining accurate records.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhering to all safety guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and following safety protocols.
• Participating in safety training and reporting any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
• Ensuring that all products are manufactured in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Inventory Management and Material Handling

• Managing raw materials and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and used efficiently.
• Assisting with inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Properly handling and disposing of waste materials according to company procedures.

Collaboration and Teamwork

• Working closely with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.
• Communicating any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Assisting with training new team members as needed.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintaining accurate production records, including quantities produced, quality checks, and any equipment issues.
• Completing all required production logs and submitting them to supervisors as needed.
• Reporting any production delays, quality concerns, or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.

Schedule : 4/10 work schedule. Qualifications

MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Our team needs you!
