Description

Red Gold AMT's will learn and/or perform industrial maintenance related tasks as directed by Red Gold leadership. Assignments will reflect recent in-class learnings and will be in the following areas:

• Electrical AC/DC, circuits, motors, motor controls, troubleshooting, etc.
• Controls PLCs, basic ladder logic, troubleshooting
• Mechanical tools, principles, bearings, shafts & alignments, gears, conveyance, lubrication
• Fluid power & Pneumatic hydraulics, principles & fundamentals, circuits, components
• Metal Fabrication welding, machining, metal working

Qualifications

1. High school diploma
2. Must be career-oriented and seeking rewarding work
3. Must be interested in pursuing a manufacturing and STEM-related career path

• The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time whether that be sitting or standing

• The employee must be able to work outside in various weather conditions (i.e.: rain, snow, heat)
