$80-$85K DOE
Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accuracy and timeliness. Oversee vendor payments, check runs, and reconciliations . Handle sales tax and use tax on internal work orders. Perform daily and monthly reconciliations , including POS reports, cash transactions, and bank accounts. Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts and General Ledger . Verify and post payments, generate and post journal entries. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP). Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and financial documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and GAAP principles . Proficiency in accounting software ( Sage a plus ). Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Able to work independently and within a collaborative team. Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Reliable, accurate, and committed to excellence.
