Contract | Night Shift | 3×12-Hour Shifts (18:30-07:00) | Option of 36 or 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Float to like units within scope of practice based on facility needs, with brief unit orientation provided
• Work required weekend shifts as part of the standard schedule
• Complete onsite orientation modules (approximately 4-6 hours) prior to beginning patient care assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license or pending New Mexico / Compact license (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum 1.5+ years of ICU experience required
• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application/submittal
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
• Previous staff at this facility must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to similar critical care or step-down units
• Familiarity with high-acuity cardiac or critical care patient populations
