NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team in Orange. This full-time, on-site position offers a remarkable opportunity to lead operations within a fine dining setting, where exceptional culinary experiences and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be key in overseeing dining operations, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. You will collaborate with our talented culinary and service teams to enhance our offerings and maintain the highest standards of service and quality. Your expertise will contribute significantly to elevating our restaurant’s brand and operational excellence.
We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, along with benefits and opportunities for growth within the dynamic hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues
- Manage inventory and maintain adequate supply levels
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards
- Train and mentor team members for optimal performance
- Coordinate with the culinary team to develop menu items
- Monitor financial performance and profitability
- Enforce health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
