Job Description

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to relevant parties.
• Oversee procurement and ensure materials and resources are available as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
