Serves as member of Sourcing leadership team to drive competitive cost, supplier performance and supply chain efficiencies. Create and implement Sourcing initiatives & improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Provides balanced judgement and demonstrates problem solving skills in complex and ambiguous situations and builds alignment across OCI through doc/white paper format. Sets an example of agility and adaptability.
