As the catalyst for student growth and a key member of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll conduct assessments, deliver individual and group counseling, and collaborate with educators and families to create supportive learning plans. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Michigan or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working within K-12 settings highly valued
• Strong understanding of special education processes, MTSS, and IEP development
• Proficiency in conducting psychological and academic assessments
• Compassionate, culturally responsive, and effective communicator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted interventions
• Advise educators and families on academic, behavioral, and emotional supports
• Write clear and timely reports, participating in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as required
• Work collaboratively with staff to foster a positive school climate
