Responsibilities: HR Administration Support HR compliance and documentation processes Support special projects and HR initiatives Support administration of annual HR cycles including open enrollment, performance reviews Interprets, implements, and enforces the firm’s policies and procedures Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate and manage the recruitment lifecycle for open positions Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation Prepare onboarding materials and ensure completion of required documentation Education and Experience: Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 2-5 years of HR experience Prior experience with recruiting Effective interpersonal and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
