We Need a Hustler to Grow Them. ATN Trading is a family-owned closeout company with 35+ years of experience, working with major retailers across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and South America. We buy and sell closeout merchandise across dozens of categories and have built long-standing relationships with some of the biggest brick-and-mortar off-price and value retailers like Ollie's, Gabe's, Menards, Dollar Tree, and Dollarama. Our growth has determined the need for a sales professional who can keep up with the pace — someone energetic, tech-savvy, and hungry to build something real. This isn't a job where you sit back and wait for leads. You'll manage existing accounts, hunt down new business, and represent ATN at the trade shows and meetings where deals actually get made. What You'll Do Manage and grow relationships with existing retail customers. Develop new business with retailers ATN isn't working with yet, throughout North America and internationally. Present closeout opportunities to buyers. Build a real network across the retail and liquidation industry. Travel to visit key accounts and attend customer meetings. Represent ATN at major trade shows, including Chicago and Las Vegas. Work closely with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to get orders executed right. Prepare quotes, presentations, and sales reports in Excel and our internal systems. Stay sharp on market trends, retail activity, and where the next opportunity is coming from. What It Takes Experience in closeout, liquidation, wholesale, or retail preferred. Solid understanding of how retail buyers think and operate. A true people person — you build relationships fast and make them last. Self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented. You don't need to be told twice. Comfortable juggling multiple deals and priorities in a fast-moving environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving instincts. Proficient in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus. Comfortable using AI tools (Claude experience is a strong plus). Willing to travel for customer visits and trade shows. Who We're Looking For Someone who: Wants a career, not just a paycheck. Comfortable operating in a growth-oriented environment where processes and systems are continuously being improved -- and willing to contribute to that improvement. Develops customized sell sheets and presentations tailored to each customer's specific buying patterns and category focus, including hands‑on store research to understand what retailers are currently carrying and where ATN product fits. Not afraid to hunt. Independently researches and identifies new retail prospects, digs into what they buy and how they operate, and initiates cold outreach to open doors that don't yet exist -- then follows through until they do.
