Your Role as Director of Admissions & Marketing

• Lead the admissions process from inquiry through admission , ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience.

• Serve as the face and voice of our facility , representing our mission to hospitals, physicians, families, and community partners.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plans to grow and maintain census.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community organizations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care .

• Conduct clinical and financial screenings for potential admissions, ensuring appropriate placement.

• Use data, trends, and feedback to continuously improve admissions processes and marketing effectiveness .

• Ensure each new resident and family experiences a warm, personalized welcome into our community.

Our Ideal Director of Admissions & Marketing

• Required: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or a related field.

• Preferred: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and third-party billing .

• Ability to confidently communicate with physicians, case managers, and clinical teams regarding referrals and patient needs.

• A natural relationship-builder with a customer-service mindset and emotional intelligence .

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to census development and market growth .

• Skilled in clinical evaluation, referral management, and conversion strategies .

• Professional, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment .
