Lead the admissions process from inquiry through admission , ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience.
Serve as the face and voice of our facility , representing our mission to hospitals, physicians, families, and community partners.
Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plans to grow and maintain census.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community organizations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care .
Conduct clinical and financial screenings for potential admissions, ensuring appropriate placement.
Use data, trends, and feedback to continuously improve admissions processes and marketing effectiveness .
Ensure each new resident and family experiences a warm, personalized welcome into our community.
Required: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and third-party billing .
Ability to confidently communicate with physicians, case managers, and clinical teams regarding referrals and patient needs.
A natural relationship-builder with a customer-service mindset and emotional intelligence .
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to census development and market growth .
Skilled in clinical evaluation, referral management, and conversion strategies .
Professional, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment .
