Sales Executive

Own the full sales cycle for Uptario CMMS and ERP with manufacturers, from the first plant walk-through to a signed contract. About the role You'll be the first person from REGERA many of our customers meet. Maintenance managers, plant engineers and operations directors need to see, in their own terms, how a CMMS with 52-week preventive maintenance, condition monitoring and OEE dashboards changes their downtime numbers. You'll run discovery, demo the live product, scope pilots with our engineers and close. Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of manufacturing plants in the US Midwest and the GCC Run discovery calls and on-site walk-throughs with maintenance and operations leaders Demo Uptario CMMS and ERP live, tailored to the prospect's assets and workflows Scope pilots and integration work together with our engineering team Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close new business Keep the CRM accurate and report pipeline weekly Requirements 3+ years selling B2B software or industrial services to manufacturers Comfortable talking about maintenance, downtime, OEE and plant operations Track record of running a full sales cycle, not only lead qualification Clear written and spoken English; able to present to plant and executive audiences Willing to travel to customer sites Nice to have Experience selling CMMS, EAM, ERP or MES products Existing network in automotive, food & beverage, metals or packaging plants Arabic for the GCC market #J-18808-Ljbffr
