Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable SpecialistPrepare and process daily billing through internal billing applications. Enter invoice information into customer portals. Prepare backup documentation for invoices as needed per customer requirements. Handle document imaging and paperless transaction processing. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Investigate and resolve billing, cash receipt, and customer purchase order issues. Assist with lien waiver processing as needed.Expertise in billing and job costing. Proficiency in AIA billing and lien waivers. 4+ years of accounts receivable and billing experience. Experience with the implementation and use of ERP systems. Familiarity with Textura (Oracle module) for portals and invoicing.This is a contract position based out of Champlin, MN. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
