Technical Recruiter — Engineering Talent Partner

Klaviyo is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to partner with our Talent Acquisition team in Boston. You will own sourcing, screening and hiring across engineering disciplines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while aligning with Klaviyo's growth and technical goals. You'll work with engineering leaders to design search strategies, leverage analytics, and drive diverse candidate intake.
