Qualifications:

• Current and valid New York Physical Therapist license (PT - NY)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
• Ability to adapt therapeutic plans to fit individual student needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive environment for children of varying abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to PreK and school-aged students aligned with IEP goals
• Complete assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student progress
• Monitor student response to interventions and adjust strategies accordingly
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and offer professional insights
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
