Manufacturing Lead position at Baxter in St. Paul responsible for overseeing assembly, packaging, and manufacturing of medical device products. The role involves scheduling, work order creation, team leadership, ERP system management, and compliance with GMP and GDP standards.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing, assembly, and packaging operations including scheduling and work order creation
Conduct daily production area cleaning to maintain GMP standards and operate production equipment
Train, mentor, and coach Manufacturing Technicians on GDP and GMP regulations
Lead Tier 1 meetings focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
Perform ERP system transactions and escalate issues to supervisors or management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years manufacturing experience, or associate's degree plus 1 year manufacturing experience
Experience with ERP systems (GME or JDE preferred)
Proficiency in primary job function with cross-training in at least two other manufacturing areas
Basic English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic mathematical calculations
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation: $48,000 - $66,000 annually base salary
