Human Resources Assistant (Military/Office Automation)

Job Title

Job Description

Provide assistance to visitors by directing them to appropriate points of contact within assigned processing center.

Answer and/or forward telephone calls to appropriate personnel.

Administer pre-oath briefings to inform applicants regarding processing center procedures.

Maintain office security by controlling access (i.e. issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, etc.) via the reception desk.

Operate a variety of office automation equipment to prepare enlistment and other military personnel documents.

Perform records management of electronic and paper applicant records.

Obtain applicants' fingerprints to initiate a background investigation.

Perform quality review of military document's (i.e. applicant records, packets, and forms) to ensure compliance with all requirements.

Prepare recruitment and other military personnel documents for individuals enlisting or reenlisting into military service.
