Location: 1324 5th Street North, New Ulm, MN 56073 Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract (FTE) License/Certs: MN License required; Board Certified PA or APN Experience: Prior outpatient oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $124.12 Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Manage outpatient patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies using Epic EMR Support patients through treatment planning, education, and follow-up care Collaborate closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff Assist with care coordination for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies Support outpatient procedures related to hematology and oncology Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across all ages Maintain accurate documentation and compliance in patient records What You Need Minnesota RN license; or Nurse Practitioner certification (APN), or Physician Assistant license Experience in outpatient hematology/oncology preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills and compassionate approach About the Assignment This outpatient hematology/oncology practice offers full-spectrum care in a well-supported hospital environment.
