Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses, utilizing established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to create tailored treatment plans that take into account cultural diversity and specific patient needs.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, providing necessary interventions and strategies aimed at supporting their mental health diagnoses effectively.

• Maintain complete and accurate treatment records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, employing current technological practices.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and agreed-upon goals.

• Encourage patient safety and symptom reduction through proactive interventions and by fostering a team-oriented environment that values input and cooperation.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers, establishing robust connections with other clinicians and agencies.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, in addition to a signing bonus to welcome you to our team.
