2 years’ experience working in a corporate setting 4 years of social media management experience Utilization of common hair and beauty tools to create content. Knowledge and passionate about hair products, techniques, styles, and trends. Strong written and visual communication skills. Position Responsibilities: Full ownership of social media accounts for Annie and Hot & Hotter. Plan, create, and execute a comprehensive social media plan across all platforms for Annie and Hot & Hotter resulting in 5 posts per week for each brand. Initiate and execute all content creation activities needed to complete the previous two goals. Develop a roster of capable small-scale UGC creators and influencers, either manually or via a third-party platform, to create authentic social content of our products being used for reposting across social and on websites. Follow the directions of the Marketing & E-commerce Manager to assist with a variety of marketing activities and projects related to the company and department goals.
